Bad Sports open their new album with the one-two combo that is “Get You” and “Washed Up”, two short slabs of garage-y punk rock. Both of them are energetic and catchy and will no doubt be future live favorites. They mix it up after that with “Nothing In This World”, “Back in Time” and “Rich Kid City” which come with a bit of NY glam. More fast-paced tunes are “Eddie Bender” and “Hypothetical Girl”, which – to be honest - is how I like these guys best.

Produced by Marked Men’s Mark Ryan and Jeff Burke, “Bras” is another fine garage album out of Texas even if it doesn’t quite reach the high standards set by Marked Men. That won’t stop me from hitting repeat again though.
