Bristol-based punks The Run Up released a new 2-song single that will brighten up your day considerably in just six minutes. Well, if you like the kind of gruff-voiced melodic punk rock that Iron Chic dishes out.
Both songs are what you want to hear at a basement show where it’s way too hot because there are people jumping, yelling and pounding their fists into the air and where the only cooling comes in the form of spilled beer and the condensation that drips from the ceiling.
Sorry for getting all poetic on you there for a minute, it’s just that there is absolutely nothing wrong with these songs. Except for the fact that there’s only two of them.
