We are happy to stream 'Seasoned Stuntman,' the new EP by Texas punk act Nonstarter in full! The EP will be out this Friday through Dang! Records and is available through Bandcamp or can be pre-reserved through Spotify.

'Seasoned Stuntman' is about failing. Not being a failure, but knowing how to take risks and how to get back up. Knowing how to move on. Over the course of our life we all become Seasoned Stuntmen.

Nonstarter consists of a mix of guys who spent a lot of on again / off again time in their previous band while working in several other projects, before giving it a go with Nonstarter. The goal of this band is a more nuanced version of their previous punk rock endeavors realized through deliberate utilization of skills developed over the years. The same four friends with new songs, a new studio, new skills in film and audio, even new families, but the same goal of combining dynamic music with thoughtful lyrics into songs that tell personal stories and reflections of the world at large.
