Tom DeLonge announces release date for new book ‘Sekret Machines: Chasing Shadows’, launches pre-order bundles

Tom DeLonge sure has bounced back from the blink-182 fallout. A few months ago he revealed that he would be co-authoring a series of books with AJ Hartley called Sekret Machines and now he’s announced that the first novel in the planned trilogy, Chasing Shadows will be released on April 5, 2016. The novel, which is allegedly based on actual events, will be released in both physical and digital formats, and be accompanied by a new Angels & Airwaves EP, also titled Chasing Shadows.

DeLonge released a solo album, To the Stars… Demos, Odds, and Ends on April 20, 2015. As a member of Angels & Airwaves, he also released the …Of Nightmares EP on October 6, 2015, which is a part of a larger multi-media project that also includes (but is not limited to) Angels & Airwaves’ 2014 album, The Dream Walker, the 2014 short film, Poet Anderson: The Dream Walker, and DeLonge’s Young Adult novel, Poet Anderson: Of Nightmares.
