Hey, look who’s back… Alien Ant Farm! Remembered for little more than being that band that covered Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal” once upon a time, these guys pop up again with a brand new album, almost ten years after their last full-length.

If you’re looking for some lightweight alt-rock songs, opening track “Yellow Pages” and “Burning” might do the trick. Other than that though “Always And Forever” doesn’t have a lot to offer. And yes, that is an understatement. Okay, there might be one or two pre-teen girls out there who dig “Little Things (Physical)”, “Crazy Love” and the power ballad “American Pie”. The rest of us will be left wondering why these guys thought it was a good idea to breathe new life into something that everyone else had already forgotten about a decade ago.

Lacking the talent to actually play in a band, Tom decided he would write about bands instead. Turns out his writing skills are mediocre at best as well.
