Blitz Kids is a UK-based band that released its debut “Vagrants And Vagabonds” in 2011. Late last year they went at it again with the release of “Never Die”, a 6-song EP that shows off their goods.
And there’s plenty to be said for Blitz Kids’ sound… they reminded me a lot of a band like Dredg with their catchy choruses and a versatile sound that goes from atmospheric to rocking in just one second. I read a review where these guys are being compared to Santana, The Police and Yann Tiersen… which makes no sense whatsoever… if you are into big-sounding tunes however, then Blitz Kids might just be the thing for you!
Lacking the talent to actually play in a band, Tom decided he would write about bands instead. Turns out his writing skills are mediocre at best as well.
