Remember Martha? Last year, they released the absolutely endearing and severely rocking ‘Blisters In The Pit Of My Heart’. Well, this UK band is back with a brand spankin’ new 7” single called ‘The Winter Fuel Allowance Ineligibility Blues,’ a song that serves as a reminder that in spite of all the shitty things happening in the world right now, we still have love on our side. And a song that is just as good as anything on ‘Blisters In The Pit Of My Heart’.
And to make things even sweeter, they even included a cover of ‘Fix My Brain’ by one of my all-time favorite bands, Marked Men. And they do the song justice. Looks like Christmas came a month early!
