Following a couple of EPs and a busy year of playing shows, the indie punks of Woahnows have finally cut their debut full-length. The songs on “Understanding And Everything Else” are short blasts of joyous energy with plenty of singalong parts. Think PUP but less chaotic. Well, slightly less chaotic anyway.

The album comes with a bunch of choices… should I sing along with the gang vocals that pop up all over the album, go nuts while listening to “Here And Now” and “Livid/Rise” or just have a blast while drinking a beer and doing all of the above? I’d recommend the latter and when you’re in need for a breather, you can always listen to “Puncher” for a second. I think this year’s summer just found itself another soundtrack!

Lacking the talent to actually play in a band, Tom decided he would write about bands instead. Turns out his writing skills are mediocre at best as well.
