Philadelphia-based punk band The Menzingers have released a new song called 'The Freaks.' The Halloween-themed video for 'The Freaks' is also out now.
Produced and mixed by Will Yip (Title Fight, Quicksand, Pianos Become the Teeth), 'The Freaks' is a dreamy midtempo track driven The Menzingers’ bittersweet melodies and full-hearted vocals. In the accompanying video, director Adam Peditto captures a freaks-only Halloween party, attended by devils and bumblebees, aliens and handmaids, vampires and wigged dogs. 'The Freaks' video also includes a variation of spin-the-bottle, in which a spun dagger determines the kiss recipient.
The Menzingers are about to embark on a headline tour of the US. With the band also playing THE FEST in Gainesville on Friday, the tour features Tiny Moving Parts and Daddy Issues as support.
