We are psyched to premiere ‘So Wait,’ the latest song to be taken off New Design’s new EP ‘Where I Need To Be,’ out this Friday on Sunday Drive Records (PRE-ORDER).

Started in the suburbs of Brampton, Ontario by Jeffrey Lee, Joseph Angilletta, Melissa Angilletta, and Zachary Cattapan, New Design cranks out the kind of emo/post-rock songs that are as dynamic as they are atmospheric.

Drawing inspiration from the likes of American Football, Brand New and Moneen, New Design’s new songs are focused around hope and moving forward and the importance of being able to recognize when you aren't where you want to be in life.

Vocalist/Guitarist Jeffrey Lee about the song: 

"I picture So Wait as a conversation between a person and the version of themselves that they've always wanted to be. After all these years that idealized self leaves them in the dust, waiting all this time. It's about forever waiting for the right moment to move forward, and never taking that step."
