San Diego melodic punks Taking On Water have announced signing with SoCal based Wiretap Records to release their upcoming new album  “Social Insecurity” out May 24th on Wiretap. To kick it off, the band has released the music video for their track “Heaven or Hell’.

"It has always been Wiretap for us. We've flirted with other labels but the bands we like and sound similar to are all on the Wiretap roster. Rob seems like a great guy and hopefully he and Wiretap can help showcase us to a wider audience.” - Guitarist/Singer Paddy Trolan

North County San Diego based Taking On Water (TOW) formed in the summer of 2019 after a somewhat successful Craigslist ad eventually accumulated the four piece. The melodic punk act is comprised of drummer Dustin Daniels (Bonecrusher, Mammoth Thunderpower), lead vocalist/guitarist Greg Marsh (Punk Yacht Club), bassist John Ludka (Joystick, Delores, Mad Caddies) & vocalist/guitarist Paddy Trolan (Celebrity Hangover). Having had limited independent label support across the band's previous releases, Taking On Water are super excited to partner up with Wiretap Records and release their upcoming album 'Social Insecurity', the band's third full length album. If you like Face to Face, Goldfinger, Pulley, Millencolin and other similar 90s punk bands, then Taking On Water might just be worth a listen!
