Woolworthy, the dynamic power-pop-punk band hailing from Chicago, has released their latest music video for the song "Break the Law with You." This track is featured on their comeback record Electric Heartbreak, which was released last year on Boss Tuneage Records following the band's reformation after an 18-year hiatus. In addition to the new video release, Woolworthy is set to play July 13 at Livewire Lounge in Chicago with Death and Memphis and Black Cat Heart Attack.

Woolworthy, known for their unique blend of Midwestern pop-punk reminiscent of The Replacements and irreverent power-pop akin to Cheap Trick, picked up right where they left off with their fun, catchy melodies and Chicago, blue-collar rock and roll that resonates with listeners both old and new. The new video for "Break the Law with You" is a testament to their enduring appeal with its light-hearted, DIY charm.

Formed amidst the vibrant Chicago music scene of 1995, Woolworthy quickly carved out a niche for themselves with their infectious blend of pop-punk, power pop, and alternative rock. Over the next decade, they became a staple of the Chicago music scene, playing raw, energetic anthems that recall the early days of bands like the Goo Goo Dolls, Soul Asylum, and The Replacements before calling it a day in 2005.

Flash forward to present, Woolworthy reunites with the album "Electric Heartbreak," seamlessly blending the spirit of their earlier work with newfound maturity and depth.

Throughout their career, Woolworthy has been a mainstay on Boss Tuneage Records, one of the UK's most revered and long-standing record labels. This enduring partnership has allowed them to reach audiences far and wide, touring the UK and Europe.

Comprised of members deeply entrenched in Chicago's music scene, Woolworthy's lineup boasts individuals who have left their mark in bands such as The Dead On, Caviar, Loud Lucy, Dan Vapid and The Cheats, Muchacha, The Assembly, Textbook, and more. Their collective experience not only fortifies the band's identity but also infuses their music with a diverse range of influences, creating a distinctive sound that resonates with fans across the punk and alternative spectrum.

With a legacy spanning decades and a sound that continues to captivate listeners old and new, Woolworthy remains as relevant and electrifying as ever.
