Oakland, CA queer punk juggernauts Middle-Aged Queers have released the third single off their upcoming “Shout at The Hetero” album, which is scheduled for release late summer / early fall on Say-10 Records.

The band writes: “Most of the songs on this album were written in the initial lockdown period of Covid-19 and take a much darker approach than our first album; ‘Knot Circus’ is no exception. The song explores the phenomenon of catching people in their worst behavior while questioning if we, the public, are becoming a surveillance state. An interesting change of pace for a band that historically written primarily gay content.”

Middle-Aged Queers will be releasing the seven-song “Shout at the Hetero” album, the follow-up to their 2020 “Too Fag For Love,” this year on Say-10 Records.

“We are stoked to be joining Say-10, home to the legendary Green Jellÿ and fellow queercore bands Dog Park Dissidents and Sarchasm. Not only have we joined a terrific label, but we’ve also joined a cult!”
