A year after their debut full-length, Gnarwolves is back with a new 4-song EP. It’s short, it’s fast, it’s aggressive and for the most part, it’s a lot of fun to spend ten minutes with.

“The Waiting Line” kicks things off and does so in high gear with fast-paced drums, shredding guitars and a solid break towards the end. “Daydreamer” taps from the same vein, but for some reason doesn’t make as much of an impression and makes for a somewhat bumpy ride. The acoustic “Blondie” is up next and other than providing a breather, it doesn’t really do a lot for me. Luckily, they pick up the pace with the decidedly more aggressive “Bad Dreams”, a worthy conclusion of another fine chapter in Gnarwolves’ history.
