Prime Directive formed in 2005 in Columbus, Ohio, with their first show taking place at the legendary Bernie’s Distillery. What began as a group of high school friends covering Misfits songs quickly evolved into something much bigger. After a brief hiatus, the band reformed in 2013, solidifying their lineup and refining their sound.

Over the years, Prime Directive has become a staple in the Columbus punk scene, known for their high-energy performances and their unique blend of punk, rock, metal, and pop influences.
