As an exclusive for Record Store Day, Balance and Composure are excited to release Slow Heart, their new two-track 7” featuring a pair of songs from the original Light We Made sessions – “Run From Me” and “Body Language.” Slow Heart will have a limited run of 1,000 7”s for RSD on April 22nd.
 
Tomorrow, the band heads out on their Australian tour before their massive round of U.S. headline shows in celebration of Light We Made, their third studio-album. The stint takes the guys across the states, beginning in Amityville, NY and wrapping in Pittsburgh, PA with special guests From Indian Lakes and Queen of Jeans.
