For over ten years already, the force of nature that is Los Pepes has been cranking out catchy garage pop songs that somehow manage to harness both the raw attitude of late '70s punk as well as the power of early '80s hardcore. Hailing from London but featuring members from the UK, Japan, Brazil, and Poland, Los Pepes are getting ready to release their sixth album, ‘Out Of The Void,’ later this month via Wanda Records (Germany/UK), Ghost Highway (Spain), Beluga (Scandinavia), and Spaghetty Town (USA). You can pre-order the album here. Today, we are excited to premiere the video for the band’s new single, ‘Paradise. You can watch it below.

Following the recent 'Thoughtless Boys' single, Los Pepes unleash 'Paradise'—a 100mph punk juggernaut blending dreamy reverb-soaked melodies with hardcore intensity. “It’s the Beach Boys meeting Black Flag, on the burning sand,” says singer/guitarist Ben Perrier. “The verse lyrics are a simple combination of messages written on the front of cheap postcards that taken out of context mean a lot more that “I wish you were here”. ‘Paradise’ combines the plaintive with the punitive as it crashes home a mixed message of melancholy and aggression.”

'Out Of The Void' is Los Pepes 6th LP and it’s 12 back-to-back classics. Super catchy tales of nihilism, love and heartache in a seemingly futureless world of political turmoil filled with conspiracy, stupidity and existential threat, that is the “void”. It’s power pop but not as you know it.

From basement gigs to festival stages, Los Pepes bring razor-sharp punk rock energy everywhere and have already shared stages with legends like The Kids, Mudhoney, Danko Jones, Guitar Wolf, The Buzzcocks, and The Sonics along the way.
