Walt Hamburger, renowned for acoustic records on Joey Cape's One Week Records, transitions boldly with a new full-band masterpiece. Exploring themes of new love and longing, this album moves from his stripped-down style to captivate with punk rock energy. Anticipation peaks with "Anyway... Come Over," the first single featuring Neil Hennessy of The Lawrence Arms and Asher Simon from Joey Cape's Bad Loud. Walt Hamburger has joined the Thousand Islands Records roster for the release of his third (but first full-band) LP later this year.

Walt Hamburger, once a member of punk rock trio The Hamburgers on My Brother Stole My Records, gained international recognition after signing with One Week Records and Barely Standing Records in 2014 and 2015 respectively. Now known for his solo work and performances with Walt Hamburger & The Young Guns, Walt has also been part of numerous bands including Honor Amongst Thieves and Obvious Man Hands. He recently released "Easy Target" on MBSMRecords and has a repertoire spanning heartfelt ballads to rock 'n roll. Walt is celebrated for his energetic and humorous stage presence, engaging audiences with every performance.

Walt's career highlights include a record deal with Joey Cape (Lagwagon), performances at major festivals, and collaborations with notable musicians. He's also known for his charitable efforts, raising funds for local animal rescues like Orphan Animal Rescue & Sanctuary and Valley Cats Cat & Kitten Rescue.
