Belgian melodic gruff punks Rich Widows debut another track off their second EP. The song is called ‘All Hope is Gone’ and it was launched earlier today by GROEZROCK, Belgium’s biggest punk rock festival. The band is slated to appear at the festival on April 27th.
About ‘All Hope is Gone’:
“‘All Hope is Gone’ is about exactly what you think it is about. I guess the whole song can be summed up by the lines “I’m living nightmares while trying to chase dreams”. The more you want to improve as a person, the more you are faced with adversity. Sometimes, it gets the better of you. As a result, you either wallow in defeat or you write an epic, midtempo punk rock anthem with a killer singalong chorus about it. We chose the latter.”
The five-piece from Mechelen will release “Love” on vinyl and tape via Nosebleed Records / Lost Youth Records on April 5th.
