Buffalo, NY's On The Cinder have their third full-length LP Heavy-Handed set to release May 7th via their own Flower House Records.

The three-piece started out in 2013 from the basement scene of University Heights and have since developed a reputation as a hard-touring and DIY-ethic diehard on the US and Canadian circuit. 'Heavy-Handed' is a follow up to 2021's 'Sedentary Escape' EP and focuses on the ups and downs of realizing where you belong, troubles and all.

The vinyl is available on Bandcamp in 5 color variants and ships out once the album greets the world on the internet in May.
