Precious Child

On their third album, Dead Dog show that you don’t have to overcomplicate things in order to make an enjoyable album. This Athens, GA-based band races through eight songs on “Precious Child” that comes with jangly guitars, fuzzed up energy, infectious hooks, a couple of sharp edges and good female vocals.
This is raw and in-your-face pop-punk with a lo-fi indie twist that is all nice and messy and at the end of the album they even treat you to a cover of the Ramones’ “Danny Says”!
