New Jersey’s Senses Fail and pop-punk mainstays Man Overboard released a fun little split a couple of days ago where both bands contribute one new song each before tackling a song by the other band.
Man Overboard is up first with “One Fixed Point”, which is pretty much a vintage Man Overboard song, and a cover of “Cute When You Scream” where they stay pretty close to the original. Senses Fail comes in hard with a B-side from their forthcoming album called “All You Need Is Already Within You” before adding some hardcore flair to Man Overboard’s “Real Talk”.
They’re on tour together now along with Bayside and Seaway so if you want to hear these songs live, there’s your chance!
Lacking the talent to actually play in a band, Tom decided he would write about bands instead. Turns out his writing skills are mediocre at best as well.
