We are happy to premiere 'The Brightside Of It All,' the first single and title track off LARAIGNÉ's upcoming album, out May 11 on Snappy Little Numbers (US) and Shield Recordings (EU).

Greg Laraigné - aka LARAIGNÉ - writes songs of the rootsy sort but with his punk rock ethics still very much intact. Think Steve Earle, Uncle Tupelo or Brian Fallon, Jon Snodgrass and Frank Turner. Closer still might be his friend and now Snappy Little Numbers labelmate Seth Anderson, in that they encapsulate both the brightness and melancholy of living one’s values through song. Honest people making honest music. What else should music be, really?
