The 5th annual Seattle Pop Punk Festival kicks off at 8PM Thursday January 18th at Slim's Last Chance Saloon in Seattle, WA.  The festival runs 3 nights: January 18, 19, and 20.Tickets are on sale through Top Drawer Records.

Nightly Lineup:

• January 18th: Ol' Doris, Goodbye Viking, Jet//Lag, Red Reaction
• January 19th: Dead Bars, The Copyrights, Broadway Calls, Zoinks!, Trash Sound Conglomerate
• January 20th: Burn Burn Burn, Dirt Bike Annie, The Subjunctives, Night Court, Rat Paws

The SPPF is a yearly, except for during covid, 3 day locally focused Pop Punk music festival put on by Ean Hernandez (Sicko, The Subjunctives, Top Drawer Records, Tales from the Birdbath, Date Night with Brian, etc).  The goal of the festival is: "Three days of trying to get old punks to hear new punk and new punks to hear old punk. It can work."

This year also marks the 30th anniversary of the Top Drawer Records 13 Soda Punx pop punk Compilation CD/LP, which spawned the original doomed 1994 Seattle Pop Punk Festival.  To mark the event, the record has been repressed on CD and Colored Vinyl.  The record is on sale through the Top Drawer site: www.tdrecs.com/13sodapunx and will also be available for sale at the festival.
