Lost At The Bottom Of The World

Even though these guys sound like they belong in Southern California, they are actually from Australia. That doesn’t take away from them sounding like the offspring of Strung Out and Heartsounds though. On album number two they shred like there’s no tomorrow and top it all off with pounding drums and catchy hooks.
Running just over half an hour, Anchors doesn’t outweigh their welcome and serve their dishes in neatly sized portions. Granted, the dishes do all taste alike… a little more diversity would go a long way but that’s something they can easily set straight on album number three.
