In case you want to hear Danzig absolutely butcher classics by Black Sabbath, Aerosmith, ZZ Top and Elvis Presley among others, then “Skeletons” is just the album for you. Everyone else should stay as far away as possible from this steaming pile of shit.

Never mind the crappy recording quality (it sounds like everything was recorded on a broken iPhone from a mile away). What’s even worse is that it has never been more painfully obvious that Danzig is a very limited singer. It’s downright painful to hear him struggle to hit the high notes in a song like “Satan’s Sadists”. Meanwhile, guitarist Tommy Victor (of Prong fame) sounds like he just discovered guitar squeals, but doesn’t quite master the technique yet. Frankly, it's a complete clusterfuck.

Apparently Danzig picked these songs because they are important to him. You wouldn’t know it from listening to “Skeletons”, quite possibly the worst album of 2015.

Lacking the talent to actually play in a band, Tom decided he would write about bands instead. Turns out his writing skills are mediocre at best as well.
